The US war of terror has caused 'immense' damage to international war and lacks any legal credibility, a panel of eminent judges and lawyers says. The US ‘war paradigm’ is roundly criticised and condemned by the International Commission of Jurists which says it is now leading the world into the darkest era of widespread human rights abuses since the end of World War 2.
