An Taisce says it is largely disappointed with the proposed arrangements for the Office of Planning Regulation which is set out in the recently published General Scheme of Planning and Development No.2 Bill 2014 (¹). An Taisce said the provision falls far short from the appointment of an Independent Planning Regulator as called for by the Mahon Tribunal ( ²).
